You don’t need to do something big to feel better. Sometimes, the small things — the pause, the stretch, the moment you choose yourself — slowly shift how you feel.

This self care 30 day challenge isn’t about strict routines or unrealistic expectations. It’s a collection of simple prompts to help you check-in, show up, and give yourself what you need — even if it’s just for a few minutes a day.
Why 30 Days?
There’s nothing magical about the number — it’s just long enough to build rhythm without it feeling like an endless commitment. What matters more is the intention behind it. When you show up for yourself consistently (even imperfectly), it starts to feel a little easier to keep going.
You’re not aiming for perfection. This isn’t about transformation. It’s about creating space daily to notice how you’re doing and respond with something that feels kind.
How to Use This Challenge
Start whenever. Go in order or pick randomly. There’s no badge for completing the whole of the self care 30 day challenge, and there’s definitely no failing it. If you do one a day, great. If you skip a week and come back, that’s care too.
Don’t forget: different types of self-care work for different people. So, if there’s something on this list that isn’t for you, swap it for something else.
You might want to:
- Print or save the list and tick off what you’ve done
- Keep a notebook to jot down any reflections that come up
- Pair the prompts with journaling, if that’s your thing
- Use them as mini-resets on self-care days when you’re feeling unsure
Try not to overthink it. One small shift each day is enough.

If You Miss a Day (or a Week)
That’s not failure — that’s life. A self care 30 day challenge like this isn’t meant to be another thing to beat yourself up over. They’re here when you need them, and they’ll wait when you don’t.
Sometimes, you’ll skip a day and not even notice. Sometimes, you’ll come back after a tough week and realise this list is exactly what you need to feel a bit more human again. That’s the whole point.

Try a Self Care 30 Day Challenge
You don’t need a perfect routine. You don’t need to earn rest by ticking boxes. If you do one of these prompts and it makes your day feel even slightly better, that’s a win.
One thing. One breath. One shift. That’s more than enough.
Save the list. Print it. Use it. Ignore it and come back later. However it fits into your life, it’s here to support you — not to pressure you.
That’s what real self-care looks like.
